The Team
3TV is primarily a student-run organization. As such, it is in tune with youth culture and therefore is better able to target and reach adolescents. The hosts of 3TV are in their young 20s. In addition, both are enrolled or have just graduated from a Christian university. This unique combination is ideal for 3TV in that our show provides a platform for role models who are culturally in touch yet spiritually balanced in order to reach today's youth.
3TV is not tied up with traditions nor stuck on stereotypes. Our show is designed by young people for young people. The hosts are young, hip, and in tune to teens. They speak their language. They wear their clothes. They play their music. They walk in their shoes. They lean on the Lord.
Shelley Tumlin
A native of Florida, Shelley has migrated north to attend university where she is completing a degree in Media Production. Her bright, charismatic, outgoing personality blends with her quick wit to dish out some lively entertainment. Her passion for the Lord is evident in all that she does.
Joel McCutcheon
A recent graduate from Liberty University, Joel works with foster kids when he isn't in front of 3TV's camera. His laid-back, California surfer attitude provides the harmony for Shelley's fun aggression. By now, he is used to getting the hard end of the draw when it comes to doing 3TV stunts!
